Instructions for Rezzing objects with menus

I've been working with rezzing items with menus, such as a sofa, but running into some snags.
Of the items in contents, the scripts, animations, and menus, which do I need to tag with _PERM ?
Do I need to edit scripts to reflect the new item names?
Any help would be appreciated.

Answer:
It's the object itself, in this case the sofa, which needs to be suffixed with _PERM.
The items in this objects contents need not be changed at all.

Will that still hide the prims of the entire object?
