I'm sorry to inform you that you have bought a stolen and broken, illegaly sold RezzBox.

You should inform the person who sold it to you that it is illegal to sell the RezzBox and to give back your money to you.
Tell me their name and tell them to contact me for an official RezzBox commission vendor.

If they don't cooperate, you should Abuse Report them for stealing your money and selling broken/illegal goods.
